Galaxy Watch 7 Is Complete Rubbish

Wow, why would a Christmas gift be designed to . . . ruin your Christmas?

All I want to do is adjust the volume on this God-forsaken device.  And after an hour in a Samsung customer service chat, they just said good-bye and told me the chat was open for another twelve hours.

They had no idea how to adjust the volume.

Complete and utter failure by Samsung.

Isn't there a volume control in both the settings and the quick panel on the watch? Or is the Watch 7 so different from all the other watches?

The media function is turned up to the highest level.  My Samsung ear bud volume is still too low.  I am unable to use the ear bud touch feature because my hands are otherwise occupied.  Does the media volume in your screenshot also affect the volume level transmitted via bluetooth to the ear buds?

I suppose I could adjust the ear bud volume upwards before using them.  If I do, does that affect the ear bud volume across all devices, or only on the device where I am managing the ear buds?

I don't use Galaxy buds, and I hear many people are dissatisfied with them. When I use my own ear buds or headphones, I do tend to still adjust the volume with the watch volume controls. When I use the buds to adjust volume, it's only for the device currently connected, as BT just transfers funtion control to the buds, but it is still only control of the selected device.

I don't even believe that Samsung support would tell someone they don't know how to set the volume, let alone not being able to find it for oneself.

I think the setting has been in the same spot since 2016 I’ve had all of the watches since the Frontier game out

When I got my watch 2, it took me all of 10 seconds to find the volume control, and it has not changed location on the watch 4.
