It won't let me join the beta even tho I'ma in the us

I installed the beta and have now rolled back out of the beta. Is there a way for me to go back to the previous firmware without going to a service center? Samsung took them out of all of the Best Buy locations. So now the one that they recommended to me on my call with Samsung can't even roll the software back.
