Can some help me with a problem I am having with my galaxy watch 4 classic LTE, for some odd reason, I am not receiving incoming calls on my watch, I turned on the recommended features and they are all on and recommended, and I tried restarting the watch but no luck, what is wrong with my watch? Can some please give me some advice on behalf of this issue, if the issue doesn't get solved I am calling T-Mobile, please and thank you

Has TMOBILE activated watch, go to the wearable app and see if the ESim has been activated.
Tap on Mobile plan, plan details, it will tell you if there is an active Esim.
Contact TMOBILE to activate your watch if it is not set up
