I have the S24 phone and recently bought the Fitbit 3 watch ... I have them both synced properly (at least I think I do)
The watch is not transerring my steps to my phone app ... the app does count my steps, calories and miles when the phone is in my hand but nothing when i dont have the phone.
In the app ... I have given permission to the calendar, location, physical activity and permissions. Background is running and unrestricted battery usage.
Any suggestions? it would be greatly appreciated. thank you
Happens quite frequently to some people, the thought being they want you to a G device. Remove the watch from bluetooth & leave that area & then re-pair it to phone. The Fitbit site has more information & is linked to G's site. Fitbit is still in the top 5 of fitness apps.😊
