I have a Samsung Fit3 and the screen is black.

I fully charged the device yesterday and it was working perfectly but this morning the screen is black and when I plug the device into the power nothing happens or is displayed on the screen.

I have held the button for 20seconds and the device is still not responding.

 

Is there anything I can try?

Is the device within its warranty? Sounds like it needs professional help

Sorry to hear this I would suggest contacting a Certified Repair Center to have it checked out since it should still be under 1 year warranty.
