I purchased 3 new Samsung S25 ultra devices. We using my promotional credits to purchase accessories i mistakenly ordered a 40mm Watch 7. I contacted support and requested to exchange the 40mm watch for a 44mm watch. I verified with the agent before returning and was told Inwpukd receive a promo code to reorder the correct watch once this one was returned. 45 days of fighting back and forth with them and I was issues a $1.33 refund (the cash difference of the watch on top of the promotion and was denied the promo code to reorder. I also asked for the original al watch to be returned if they couldn't complete the exchange and was told they would not do that either. So now I am without the original nor the exchanged item and being told there is nothing they can/will do to make it right. As a long time Samsung customer I am disgusted with the way they handled this and essentially stole from a customer.

It did. I selected the wrong one. I was told the exchange would be no problem as well. I wpuldnlike simply take the 40mm one back if this was a solution but for now I've only been issued the option of a $1.33 credit and no watch.

I received the 40mm with my original order. Asked if I could exchange and was told yes and would be issued a credit and I wpuld just need to pay the difference for the 44mm. Now after returning they refuse to give me a credit for the item which was returned and will not send me a 40mm watch back either. So I am without either and only being refunded the $1.33 which was the cash difference I paid for the original 40mm over what the promo was for with the 25 Ultras.

Ive been doing just that for the past month and a half. It's been escalated and multiple agents told me they would fix it. Then today they flipped and said they would not honor or return the original.
