How do I do a diagnostic test on my Watch 4 please. Since I got my new Flip phone and reinstalled my watch the battery needs charging every couple of hours. Thank you.
Watch diagnostics can be done either through device care in the Wear app watch settings or from the support tab in the members app. I had this problem with my watch 4 when I switched to my A54. My theory is the watch works harder with Android 14, thus drains faster and ultimately harms the battery. I upgraded to the watch 7 after being stubbornly resistant.
