Clock shows incorrect time after putting in pin on Galaxy watch 6 after One UI 8 update

I just updated to one UI 8.0 on my watch and I keep having this issue where the time displayed after I have already typed in my password keeps showing the wrong time and it keeps fading to black and flashing on and then going black and just showing the correct time nothing else on the watch

You can take screenshots of your watch by pressing both buttons at the same time. It will then create a new folder in your gallery for watch screenshots.
