Can't connect watch to phone

So, your choice is to try to keep fiddling with a defective watch that you cannot connect to your phone, or get it fixed which will still cost you less than a mew watch. If you live near a uBreakiFix lication, they can evaluate it and repair it there and you won't have to be without it for weeks. It might not even be defective and they may be able to help you connect it for a small fee.

Are you talking about Verizon? I don't see why not, as long as the phone and/or watch is on the Verizon service. The worst they can do is say you have to come back with the person whose name is on the contract. UBreakiFix, doesn't care

It also occurs to me that if your BIL bought it used, the previous owner may not have oroperly cleared it from their accounts, making it effectively useless.
