Can't connect watch to phone

My watch kept saying connection failed.

Smart Switch isn't used to connect the watch. In the watch itself, go to settings/general/transfer watch to new phone and follow instructions.

I can't even go to Settings

You can't seipe up on the watch screen and tap the settings gear?

Your best bet would appear to be to both uninstall the Wear app from the phone factory reset your watch, set it up and then reinstall the Wear app and try connecting again. You can restore your backup laer, or just start from scratch.

I did factory reset as well

It is possible the watch is defective in some way. Have you tried text support? Tap the support tab in the members app and select text support.

Yep and they said to mail it in and that would mean I would have to pay $84

Why $84? Is the watch not under warranty?

Yea it's out of warranty
