Buying a watch face twice?

So I purchased a watch face on my S9 6 months ago for my galaxy watch active 2. I got a new phone and now to install the same watchbface back on my watch I am being asked to purchase it again. I have a receipt that I had purchased the watch face. How do I  get it on my new phone without having to purchase it again?

@user82ZKlxSAir Try this:

1. Open the Galaxy store
2. Click the 3 line menu
3. Click on My apps
4. Click on Watch. Now you should see all the watch faces and apps that you have purchased or downloaded for the watch. 
5. Find the watch face that you want to reload and click the downward pointing arrow at the right side of the wathch face description.
