Hello. It's been a while since I'm using BP feature on my galaxy watch 7. Conclusion: It's not very accurate. It tends to show the reading near your calibrated value. Suppose if your BP was high while calibration, it will always show your BP near that value. And suppose few days after while calibration your BP was a bit low, it'll show near that value. Also the variation is confirmed by the normal BP device. So be careful while totally relying on the value given by the watch. You may use to get idea but it's never totally accurate, atleast in my 1 month experience.
They have to be from another country since BP monitoring still isn't available in the US.
