I just got my Galaxy Watch 8 Classic recently and tried sleeping with it but was not used to it.

I was afraid that I would scratch or damage the rotating bezel as I usually sleep with my hand under the pillow with the watch dial facing down.

Does anyone sleep in a similar way as me? Will the bezel/screen get scratch or damage as the pressure is on the watch dial under the pillow.

That sounds like the same way I sleep. I used the Watch 8 Classic for 2 months before switching to the 2025 Ultra, and it was in perfect condition when I gave it to my dad.

Unless you are sleeping in a gravel bed, there is nothing you can do in sleep that will damage your watch. But, if you are iffy about it, you can add a screen protector.  Normal pressure from your body or head will also not cause any damage,
