Galaxy Watch:police_car_light: After 20+ years as a loyal Samsung customer, I’m done. :police_car_light:
I purchased a Samsung Ultra Watch, only for it to go missing in shipping. As a financial fraud investigator, I had to track it down myself after their support made me chase it. Then, I ordered Galaxy Buds3 Pro—Samsung cancelled that order without explanation the next day. Now, I get a letter saying they're charging me $350 for the Watch 6 Pro I traded in. 🤯
Weeks of endless phone calls, hang-ups, and zero resolution. I’m exhausted and beyond frustrated.
