Hi.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and for some reason, when I sign into my samsung account on my phone it shows to be using an imei number that my phone isn't using.  When I sign into my samsung account online it shows to be registered to me and my phone number and using my primary imei number.  The phone samsung account shows to be using an imei number on my phone that has no service attached to it.  How do I make the phone samsung account show the primary imei number that is registered (and has service) in my samsung account online.  In case anyone is wondering, yes, I'm using the same login and password when I sign into my phone samsung account and online to my samsung account.  It's my belief that both the phone samsung account and online samsung account should be using/showing the same active imei that's registered online in my online samsung account.  Any ideas how to fix this issue? I already spent hours on the phone with Samsung and got disconnected both times without a solution found by them.  Please help if you can.  Thanks.

It's just the way Samsung does it.

Are you using an ESIM?

If you are using an ESIM , this is why.

Samsung account info will show the physical SIM number.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for responding Robin.  Why wouldn't it show the service-active ESIM like when I log into the samsung account online?  The physical sim has no service and says "available", but that's what shows when I log into my samsung account on my phone.  It seems off to me.  Are you certain the actual account online and the account on the phone are okay to be different SIM's showing under devices?  Especially since the physical SIM is "available" with no service attached?  Thanks.

Do both numbers match what is in about phone? If they do, don't worry about it.

Samsung considers SIM 1 to be the primary, even if not in use.

My SIM 1 is primary with service and shows on my online account for device.  My phone samsung account shows device to be using SIM 2, which doesn't have service.  It just doesn't seem right why the phone samsung account wouldn't automatically use the registered/in-service IMEI like the one that shows when I log into my account online.  There's just something not right about that to me.  Thanks for your input/help Robin.
