"Do Not Disturb" Contacts Allowed Resets Itself

 Anyone else notice this issue? The contacts list for "Calls and Messages" allowed under the "Do Not Disturb" feature always resets itself and erases all contacts after a day or two. I personally find this to be an extremely helpful feature I've been using for years on multiple Galaxy phones, but the S25 I've had for a few months now is the only one I've seen this issue with. I contacted Samsung through Facebook and they said I should post about it here. I find it very disappointing that Samsung couldn't give me any answer or help with this issue. Im hoping it's fixed in a future update.

Honestly, this has been occuring on my S24U since I got it at release, and I haven't been able to figure out why. Would also be interested in a solution.

This has been happening to me for a while now. It was fine for the first month or two of owning my S25 Ultra, but it seems a recent update broke it for me.

My Z Fold 5 has pretty much the same issue, although it will say "some allowed" for calls and messages but when I click to see which ones are allowed there will be no contacts in the list. I have to re-add them every day or so. Also, sometimes it will randomly drop one or two of the apps that allowed notifications during DND. Very annoying.

Same issue on S23 running Android 15 One UI 7.0. Have reported to Samsung twice this week. The last response from them was to try the following:

Reset the Core DND Preferences • Settings → Apps → tap ⋮ → Show system apps → find Device care service (or System UI) → Storage → Clear cache. ↳ Why: Clears any corrupt saved exception lists that auto-reset on the next update. ↳ Status check: Re-add 1-2 contacts now-do they persist for 24 hrs?

I've only done this within the last hour, so we'll have to wait and see...
