Widgets not appearing correctly in the Health app

I have been having issues with the widgets

on my S25Ultra,my phone is updated, I tried deleting thewidgets and restart my phone but nothing seems to work I am going to add some pictures of how they should look

Try these 2 things.

First, go to settings, type in the search box, One Ui Home, open it, scroll to storage, open it , clear cache.

Second Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

I'll try it. The thing is when I delete the widgets and add them back they work fine after a day it'll glitch back again.

What launcher are you using? I had similar looking issues on Nova Launcher.

one Ui home 7 from samsung.
