Galaxy S25How does the wi-fi work on other than your home network? If it works well, then the issue is with either your router or your ISPs data stream. Reset your router by unplugging it, waiting 30-60 seconds and then plugging it back in. If that does not help the issue, make a service call to your ISP. They can remotely diagnose and fix or they can send someone out.

Galaxy S25Hello godoftech, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns about not being able to connect your device to Wi-Fi. I see you stated that you have already tried resetting your router and network connection, but you are still having issues with your Wi-Fi. There are a few other troubleshooting steps that we can try.
Assign a static IP address:
Navigate to and open Settings. Tap About phone, and then tap Status information. The IP address will be listed as a set of four numbers under IP address
The easiest way to retrieve this information about the Gateway address, etc. is using a PC already connected to the AP/Router
Select Start, type โCMDโ into the search bar, and then press Enter. Type "ipconfig /all" into the black box, and then press Enter. The IP address, gateway, and DNS settings will be displayed. Please write down all of these numbers because they will be needed when you configure the IP settings on your device
On your phone navigate to Settings, Connections, Wi-Fi, tap the network you want to connect to and if the network has already been configured tap the settings icon next to network (if needed to enter the password), tap IP settings and static, tap IP address and enter the new IP address, make sure the last number in the address is unique
Tap Network prefix length, Tap DNS1 and then enter the Preferred DNS, Tap DNS2 enter the Alternate DNS you want the device to use and tap Connect or Save (Please Note: If Save is grayed out, the information you entered has an error, and you should double-check your entries.)
If you are still experiencing issues we recommend that you perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030
If you are unable to access the internet after you have rebooted the Wi-Fi router, please contact your Internet Service Provider for further troubleshooting.
