Have you tried all the obvious routes? Someone's simple is the answer! Try doing a soft reset on your device. Clear all Cache and Data from each individual app if you have too? And definitely recheck and reset all your wifi settings! Good luck lmk if there's anything more detailed information you have....

My Galaxy S25 FE has no issues with WiFi. May be a hardware issue with your router or possibly with your WiFi provider.

Change your wifi password, try to change dns just to test if lagging occurs. And notify your isp as they may could update the firmware, etc. That's what I would do.

How does the wi-fi work on other than your home network?  If it works well, then the issue is with either your router or your ISPs data stream.  Reset your router by unplugging it, waiting 30-60 seconds and then plugging it back in.  If that does not help the issue, make a service call to your ISP.  They can remotely diagnose and fix or they can send someone out.

Have issues with my wifi on my new s25 ultra. Makes backing up, syncing, and setting things up a joke. Acts like its dropping in and out during sync which i feel is partially responsible for the corruption of thousands of photos. Think xfinity might be throttling me too. Ive got like 0 cell service here so im getting extremely ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคฌ

Hello godoftech, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns about not being able to connect your device to Wi-Fi. I see you stated that you have already tried resetting your router and network connection, but you are still having issues with your Wi-Fi. There are a few other troubleshooting steps that we can try.

Assign a static IP address:

Navigate to and open Settings. Tap About phone, and then tap Status information. The IP address will be listed as a set of four numbers under IP address

The easiest way to retrieve this information about the Gateway address, etc. is using a PC already connected to the AP/Router

Select Start, type โ€œCMDโ€ into the search bar, and then press Enter. Type "ipconfig /all" into the black box, and then press Enter. The IP address, gateway, and DNS settings will be displayed. Please write down all of these numbers because they will be needed when you configure the IP settings on your device

On your phone navigate to Settings, Connections, Wi-Fi, tap the network you want to connect to and if the network has already been configured tap the settings icon next to network (if needed to enter the password), tap IP settings and static, tap IP address and enter the new IP address, make sure the last number in the address is unique

Tap Network prefix length, Tap DNS1 and then enter the Preferred DNS, Tap DNS2 enter the Alternate DNS you want the device to use and tap Connect or Save (Please Note: If Save is grayed out, the information you entered has an error, and you should double-check your entries.)

If you are still experiencing issues we recommend that you perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030

If you are unable to access the internet after you have rebooted the Wi-Fi router, please contact your Internet Service Provider for further troubleshooting.
