Using the native Samsung app in 'Pro Video' mode on S25 Ultra, if you lock white balance it suddenly changes and adds an ugly magenta shift to the image that is near impossible to color correct for in post.
As soon as you exit manual white balance and revert to auto white balance it can achieve a more natural look image.
Can you please fix the white balance issues? Currently this is anything but 'pro video' when you're unable to lock white balance without it ruining the image in Samsung Log.
I finally received my first system update for the S25 Ultra yesterday and... this issue still persists rendering the 'pro' video mode useless for professionals.
I'm having the same problem on my S23. I've scoured the internet for a fix and have yet to find one. It really does make it hard to take professional video where you want to lock in your preferred white balance. Kind of infuriating.
I noticed the same when making log videos from inside of the car while driving at night. The headlights keep changing colors (switching from cold to warm).
Samsung this is unacceptable. I purchased this phone for this very feature. Log video recording should be considered broken and not working and requiring urgent fixing. You are going to lose customers and not get the creators you want if you don't fix this sort of thing.
I also noticed this problem, I thought I was setting it up wrong, I had already watched several videos on YouTube to learn how to do color grading but the white balance problem persisted and still persists, fix this! Such a good smartphone but with such a ridiculous problem.
