Where did the option to edit portrait photos go?

Hey, after the update, the feature to edit portrait photos (like chosing the focus or changing the blur level) disappeared. Or was it just moved somewhere else? I used to use this feature A LOT!

Swipe up on the photo then you'll see Background Effects
