SUPPORT SEEMS TO KEEP ACTING LIKE THEY ARE UNAWARE. Have me do cache clearing and data partitions and factory resets.
It usually triggers during portrait mode on photos or zooming OUT less than 1x on video mode. Rear camera mode.
Has ANYONE discovered a fix for this long time issue?
When was the device purchased? If it is new as in delivered if picked up before the past 15 days, start a return ticket. Otherwise take it to a uBreakiFix store (or all them) or call the one closest and set up a time to go there.
Google "uBreakiFix" to find the nearest location. If they cannot remedy the issue, then the device will have to be sent to Samsung for repair or replacement.
