When will my phone arrive?

So I preordered the S25 Ultra a few days ago but I still haven't received an email that it shipped. It says it'll arrive on March 5th but idk if that's true. Has anyone else ordered it when it said it'll arrive March 5th and have you received it yet? Does anyone know if it'll actually arrive on the 5th or does it just say that?

@PikaSheep If the delivery date is March 5th, you won't get an email that it has shipped until probably the end of February. Maybe not even until March 3rd. They typically do a 2 day delivery.

Oh ok thank you. But do you know when it could arrive or if they can give me the tracking information?

They will give you the tracking info when they ship it.

But I'm pretty sure it's been shipped by now. I ordered it a few days ago and still got no email

If you haven't gotten an email or text message that it has shipped, it hasn't.

I contacted Samsung and they said that because of high demand the stock is low and there's issues with the warehouse but apparently they're getting new stock. But when I preordered the Flip 5, it arrived pretty early and I never got an email that it shipped until after it arrived so I thought it'd be the same thing. So ig I will get an email when it's shipped
