Does anyone know what time will the preorder for s25 series will open ? I know today but any specific time?

Affirmative. Similarly, I accessed a YouTube video and followed the YouTuber's provided link, resulting in a $50 discount. Consequently, I cancelled my initial order and placed a revised order.

Well count me in! Upgrading from the S22 Ultra. The free storage uograde and other promos sold me as i am getting the 1TB version. My S22 Ultra has been great and will be missed but it will find a good home after trade in. Hopefully the trade in will be uneventful as I read quite a few stories about others experiences. Who else is in? 😀

I got the S25U 512gb in Wnite Silver, free Buds 3pro and a case. Have the Buds sold already. (have a pair) will cost me $225 to upgrade. Didn't need the Samsung Care+ because I already have VIP Advantage.

Probably system overload because of the traffic. Last year I had the same problem trying to pre-order my S24U. 

It was very easy to pre-order the S25U. But I did it around 1:15PM.

Keep trying.

Why is it so difficult to claim that money year after year??? They never automatically include it in the bill???... I have to call them to explain how I lost it last year and this year it is going the same way.

Does anyone have the same experience or know how to resolve it, can someone from Samsung answer???
