To stop automatic camera roll access/processing:
1. Open the Facebook app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (your profile picture or three lines)
3. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Preferences section and tap Camera roll sharing suggestions (or similar wording).
5. Toggle off the options to disable backqround processing and sharing suggestions.

1. Open the Facebook app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (your profile picture or three lines)
3. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Preferences section and tap Camera roll sharing suggestions (or similar wording).

Go to your Facebook app and deny access to Media.
Settings>Apps>facebook>permissions
Or
Settings,>privacy>permissions>files and media>facebook
There should also be a setting in the facebook app to disable it ,
But I don't know my way around those labrythine settings sorry
