Visual voicemail app not available on unlocked phone

I can't find the visual voicemail app on the samsung store on my s25 ultra. My friend has it on his s24 ultra

Im having the same issue.clear cache didn't work. Still looking for a fix. No even samsung tech support can't fix it

Anyone having issues with the voicemail app? I purchased the S25 Ultra, and every time I try accessing the app, I get an error message saying, "Something went wrong. We're having trouble setting up your service. Try again later. If there's still a problem, contact Customer Service."

Turn off wifi and use data to setup visual voicemail. For some reason it gave me that error on unlocked phones on Verizon network.
