How do I get rid of them? Looking at a gross nail being shaved off is not what I want to watch over and over again. It doesn't move. So I can't scroll it away. If I want to read something I have to cover It with my hand. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

Another brand new account with only one post. Could it be a troll? If not, @JasperBuddyJosi could you please post a screenshot so we know exattly what you're speaking of?

Not everyone who has a single post is a troll. Everyone has to have a first post, and this may be the first time the user has an issue they needed help with, or they just found out about the community.

True, everyone has to have a first post.

In fairness, it's hard not to be skeptical with the recent influx of accounts that post about issues and are then totally disinterested in solutions... either not responding at all, or begin ranting when a solution is offered.

All we can do is keep our heads on straight, and treat every user as if they are sincere, whether they are or not.

Sounds like you downloaded an app with malicious adware. Samsung does not serve ads to your phone. To identify the offending app, download Good Lock's Nice Catch and turn on toast history and deyect commercials. The next time you see the ad, check the app, then uninstall the offending app

@realaud's advice is solid for locating the offending app. If the app in question is one you actually use and is ad-supported, you may have no choice but to view ads in-app.

You can potentially reduce the amount of ads you see by setting up an ad-blocking DNS.

Go to Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Private DNS > Set to dns.adguard.com
