Galaxy S25
I have a mix of app icons and folders on my home screen. All of the folders were assigned titles but those titles no longer display on my home screen with the folders. However, when I tap the folder and the folder expands, offering me the chance to add apps, the system shows the correct title.
I saw a solution in the community for disappearing folders which involved clearing the cache. I followed the steps given but my issue was not corrected.

Long press on an empty space on your home screen, and then tap on settings, then tap on App labels and Widget labels and turn them both on.

This worked perfectly. One caution. The settings screen showed only App Labels, which was off. The Widget Labels button appeared when I turned App Labels on. Don't be confused like I was.
