Unable to import Wallpaper

A hobby of mine is generating wallpapers on my PC. On my S24+, I was able to import wallpaper files from DropBox, but it appears that I have lost that ability on the S25+, whether One UI or Android 15. Any way to get that ability back or am I stuck with what appears to be an gated community?

Can't you just download the wallpaper to your gallery and then set the wallpaper from there?

My question is why can't I go thru Dropbox as before, instead going thru those extra steps

I do not have the answer to that. Perhaps they are being proprietary about where one can add their wallpapers from.

A reasonable person would think that I would have access to at least Google photos

Dropbox access is restored when using Nova Launcher as the home screen
