Galaxy S25Please help! I just upgraded to this phone, the S25+ and it appears that everything transferred ok except for my Visable armband that I wear. The app itself transferred, but no matter what I have tried, the Bluetooth connection does not recognize the armband anymore. I also already did a factory reset on my previous phone, because it was still being picked up on that one!
I've even uninstalled the app itself and reinstalled it, and the phone still doesn't pick up my armband!
Please, does anyone have any suggestions????

Try this: first, go to Settings/Apps then scroll down to the the app in question. Open that, then open the storage section then clear both the cache and data of the app.
Now if that does not work, then go to Settings/General management/Reset and then choose reset "Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings" and reset them. You'll have to reconnect your Wifi and all of your Bluetooth devices though.

I think clicking on the 3 vertical dots on problem solving comment has that option. I'm unsure. The important thing is that your device works for you! 😊

Not sure that I understand the redirect? I'm saying that my Bluetooth isn't recognizing a wireless armband. Like a Fitbit, except a whole lot more!!
