Transferring Apple texts to Android

So when I transferred from an ios device to S25, it says messages were transferred. I waited a while, and the messages never actually showed up in my chats. Is it because the ipod is too old?

What did you use to transfer them? If it was SmartSwitch, they might only be in Samsung Messages. If Android Switch, they might only be in Google Messages. (IOW, check both.)

Smart switch I used, the weird thing is it only transferred a few of the texts from the past year eventhough I selected all of them to be transferred. The ipod touch is from 2011 lol.

Hmm, in your other question someone claims the iPod isn't supported. It's _odd_ that it would claim to have transferred 932 messages if they're not actually going to be transferred, but sadly not impossible.

It's weird it says transferred messages but it doesn't show in android text message app. Why not?
