I have to say I have never had a worse customer service experience. I cannot get my question addressed at all. I get the run around over and over by their AI powered customer service. I will never purchase another Samsung product again

What was the problem?

The trade in was delivered but not connected to my account. I needed to talk to someone to get it resolved. I got the run around from AI then transfered to refrigeration then transfered to tech support then told he couldn't help since he is tech support sent me a link to go back to the AI who couldn't help me.

It takes 21 business days to begin to ask about the trade in being processed. You will not see it in your order, it will continue to say pending receipt.

You have proof that it has been delivered in the FedEx app?

I have the physical receipt. I doesn't show pending on my account. It says I have until the 16th to mail it in

Set up a FedEx account, its free. Enter the tracking label.
