The SmartThings and Search apps no longer locate the Smarttags 2

 Someone has noticed that the Smartthings app and the Search app no longer locate the Smarttags 2 as they should, no longer says how much distance it is or the address and it does not work to search with the camera.

The camera feature hasn't worked in years and my tags can still be found no issues here

It doesn't work like that anymore, it got like it used to.

what mine works normal no diff. between 7.0 and 8.0 no issues with mine

Yeah i knew it had to be a glitch with yours since they were still working like normal for me and my parents tags.

What I have not been able to solve is that when I price the button twice, I do not find the phone and if I change it so that the tablet does find me if it rings.

So when you press the button only your tablet rings. I have mine setup to ring my phone

Which means that if I put it on to ring the phone, it doesn't.

Pero si lo pongo para que suene la tablet si funciona pero creo que necesitaría reestablecer el teléfono para solucionar eso
