Probably because mag safe is apple patented.

The Flip Suit case because of the NFC tag in it to give you the lockscreen wallpaper will interfere with the NFC chip in the case.

So technically speaking, anything other than Apple devices are not magsafe compatible. Newer devices like the s25 ultra are Qi2 (2nd generation of wireless charging tech from the Qi (pronounced chee) standard) ready which is technically similar to Magsafe (especially since its an older version of magsafe made available for free to the governing group that standardized wireless charging tech across manufacturers called the Wireless Power Consortium or WPC) and will use Magsafe Chargers and magsafe accessories but only if you have a case that has the magnetic rings in them. F.Y.I apple only made this tech available for free to the WPC in case anyone is wondering because they basically now control the direction the WPC is headed as a result and imagine the billions in revenue that they receive in licensing annually from accessories manufacturers for both Qi2 and magsafe compatible licensing.

In conclusion the s25 ultra is essentially magsafe compatible as long as you have a case with the pre-installed magnetic rings. It is considered qi2 ready but technically not qi2 compatible or essentially magsafe compatible without said magnetic case
