Taking notes on lock screen Samsung s25 ultra

Hello everyone, I have my s25 ultra with me, and time to time I would write notes when the lock screen is off and the note would automatically appear on so I can start writing on the screen with the s pen.

But now this note appear and the feature is turn on and everything. I don't know what to do and I have already reset my phone but still nothing. Can anyone please help with this little problem

It's telling you what to do. Go to apps in settings and select Samsung Notes. In the permissions section turn on what its asking.
