Does anyone know how to sync my Dexcom 7 CGM to my Samsung Health app because I thought I had the settings correctly but it's not syncing and it used to

Have you checked Samsung health settings to make sure the Dexcom app is allowed to read/write data? 1763903022270.jpg

I never got a resolution to this problem. It used to work and it quit after an update so I believe it's broken . I wish somebody would fix it because it's important for diabetics

If it stopped working after a system update, it is most likely the case that Dexcom needs to update the app to support the latest version of Android. I have heard no other reports of Samsung Health failing to link with other apps, which strengthens this hypothesis.

As @CEParsons you have to give both apps permission for data sharing.

It's broken. I think the latest Dexcom app broke it . Mine was on November 1st on my android. It used to work just fine none of the settings were changed and now the sudden it won't sync. I spoke with Samsung and they say it was due to a Dexcom update for whatever that's worth . I contacted Dexcom twice over the last 3 weeks to let him know but so far they haven't done a thing

Sorry, i should have checked my post before I sent that because it left out a lot of words. The Dexcom G7 app update is what seems to have broken the synchronization process.

It's actually more troubling that Dexcom support seems to be unresponsive on the matter.  This is a critical matter for their users.  However, does the Dexcom app work to show your numbers, and it's only a problem with the sync?  If the app is working properly otherwise, the sync with the health app is a minor inconvenience, and you can still enter the data manually (or wait for the next update to catch up with the syncing).
