Spot Color not working

Anyone else having problem with spot color? I was using it for St Patrick's Day and when I click on a green portion it only changes one person and it puts all the color back not just the green. I tried retaking the picture of several times and it is still doing it. I guess it's really a gallery app issue/ photo editor. I tried it on the same photo I used last year that came out great and it won't do it this year.

OK, I realized the spot color works completely different now. It should have both options or the new spot color should have a different name. In my real camera, spot color works the way it did on my S24 Ultra.

OK, as an alternative I went into olor mixer for every color but green and turned the saturation to -100. Blue close to that. It basically was the same thing but you aren't using the color dropper / chooser to get the exact color you want to keep.
