Setting panel separate wont work when swiping down try resetting the phone, turning it off and on.And it's still the same way and I just got the stable version of one ui8

Can you please be a little more specific with what is happening?

Are you having trouble getting the panel to appear when swiping from the middle of the screen?
Are you having trouble getting the quick settings panel to open?

I'm having trouble with the quick panel setting when i'm swiping down you know how gives you the option to swipe down twice well it's stuck in separate mode

So, if I understand correctly, you are trying to change the panel from "separate" to "together," by opening the Quick settings > tapping the pencil icon > Panel Settings > Together, but for some reason it won't allow you to do that?

If you haven't, try following the guide for best practices after an update, in particular clearing device cache via recovery mode.

When you say it's "stuck" in Separate mode, do you mean that you can open those settings, but you can't tap on "Together"? Or that you tap on "Together" and it appears to be selected, but the drawer still operates in Separate mode? If the second one, when you go back to those settings does it still show "Together" as being selected, or has it reverted to "Separate"?
