Sending/receiving server response error

I suddenly keep getting the error messges when trying to send or receive photos, videos, gifs:

SENDING: server response error(wont send)

RECEIVING: Network error occured (can't get)

Sometimes suggesting: Send using link sharing

I went to 2 TMobile stores, 3 employees told me its my phone and not them. I've tried various things to fix it but the issue won't resolve.

Can anyone help?

Still not working. I messed with chat settings in Samsung. Cannot find TMobile assistance online. I checked my settings compared to my husband's and they are identical. He has no issues.
