I suddenly keep getting the error messges when trying to send or receive photos, videos, gifs:

SENDING: server response error(wont send)
RECEIVING: Network error occured (can't get)

Sometimes suggesting: Send using link sharing

I went to 2 TMobile stores, 3 employees told me its my phone and not them. I've tried various things to fix it but the issue won't resolve.

Can anyone help?

I never changed any settings. It just started doing this on it's own.

Which app are you using when you get these errors?

Samsung. I hate the Google version...

Have you tried using Google Messages?

The media files may be too big. Dedicated messaging apps (like Whatsapp) are far better for sharing media.

Yes, I don't like Google messages. I have tried some small image files and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I think the issue may lie with T-Mobile's network. Try contacting their phone or online support and asking specifically for tech (not customer) support. Don't go to a store, because they're all sales associates and not necessarily trained to deal with tech issues. They may need to re-provision your SIM or even send you a new one.

If you're sending photos use jpeg format
