Screen cut off from top and bottom on multiple apps and sites

What is causing this to happen on multiple sites and apps? The screen is cut off on top and bottom no way to scroll down to see that's there.

That looks like a 3rd party app, is it?

Yes it is, I was using it as a example. It's happening over different screens and apps and websites

Then there's an issue with app. The app may not be up to speed with the new UI 7.0 with Android 15 on the S25 series. It's a fairly big difference between the existing Android 14 l, UI 6.1 versions still on the earlier Android models.
