Samsung Wallet: Unable to log in to My Money by Sofi account

I've upgraded from s23 ultra to the new s25 ultra.. I was able to transfer everything but now my money by sofi account doesn't log on to app.. (just loads)... has anyone encountered same issues?

Trying to create account but when I go to enter my number to send verification code it keeps saying " this page can't be accessed right now try again later". Can someone help me figure out why.

Mine kept doing that for thr longest time and I believe i went into the secured folder, added a alternate samsung account to wallet then when I tried it

I am having issues logging in on my web browser to my Samsung Money account. Every time I try to log in, this happens (see photo). So, like a good little girl, I click the "Log In" link, to be taken back to a login page, and back through the login and verification, and lately, the "I'M NOT A $#&!?*% ROBOT" process, and, yet again. This. Page. I have cleared caches and cookies and tried 2 different browsers and still. This. $#&!?*%. Page. 

I tried the chat feature in my Samsung Money app, and was told, by the rep, that they were a SoFi representative and that I needed to call Samsung at 1-800-123-7729, where I received a "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. The number you called has been blah, blah, blah" - the number doesn't work. This is after I called the Samsung Money support line that I was FIRST directed to after describing my issue to the chatbot (1-844-977-7634) and being immediately hung up on when a rep answered the phone without so much as a hello. 

I am about to pull what little hair my hairdresser left me at my last appointment out after she chitter-chattered it into oblivion while I stared on in horror, although that is neither here nor there, so can someone please, please help me out here?
