After months of trying and even updating the firmware, the problem is still there

I had twice hard reset my phone and also tried in safe mode.... nothing seems working 

How i can get it resolved

I have Samsung S25+, bought in April 2025

I don't have the answer, but if you go to the "Support" tab at the bottom of Samsung members app, scroll down a bit and choose "text support" they will help you resolve your issue. I just used this days ago and they got my problem solved.

Also, have you tried clearing the cache on Samsung Pass? It is now part of Samsung Wallet. Go to your apps under settings. Make sure it's showing system apps and clear the cache on one or both apps. It might help. I once cleared the cache and data to get my Samsung Pass back.

Did you download Samsung Wallet and try to access Samsung Pass from the Wallet? Samsung Pass is no longer standalone, it is part of Samsung Wallet and cannot be used without the wallet being installed - regardless of whether you enter any payment cards or otherwise use the wallet.

A notification went out months ago about this change - might even still be up here, posted on the site. Your message probably started occurring about that time.
A notice was posted on March 13 about the changes. It is still up. If you are using the app, you can find it by tapping the megaphone icon next to the search icon, in the section for notices.
