In many apps such as Facebook, Google Chrome, YouTube, and Reditt. There's no autoreplace of misspelled words. It works though in this app and on google messages. Does the app decide if Samsung keyboard will autoreplace the text?

Yes some apps override Samsung Keyboards autocorrect behavior. Autoreplace works where the app allows it so it may not function in apps like Facebook or Chrome.

See the comment above yours.  Auto replace works where the app allows it, but I cannot imagine apps not allowing it.  I don't use auto correct/replace because I have found it to replace words it thinks are wrong, but are not.  If you think it's a keyboard issue, you can change keyboards.  You an use G-Board or Swiftkey, or any other keyboard you find.  Just make sure you set it to auto correct/replace.
