In Samsung email, when writing an email the page will not advance as you write. All you can see is the first 6 or 7 lines. To see below the first 6 or 7 lines, you must close the keyboard. Is a setting turned off?
Try clearing the system cache. Power down device, then press and hold both the side (power) and up volume buttons at the same time until the recovery screen appears. When there, using the volume buttons to move the green highlight, move it over "Wipe cache partition", then press the side button, then use volume button to highlight "Yes", then press side button again. It will default back to the top highlighting "Reboot system now", just press the side button and the device will start as usual. See how that works out.
