Galaxy S25In order to get the samsung cloud to reappear in your phone setting, you will need to have an additional sim card from a different network provider to insert into the sim slot. the sim card doesn't need to be active. follow the steps I have outlined here.
1. while your phone is turned on, remove your verizon sim card. insert the sim from the other network provider.
This will cause the sim you inserted to change system configuration and ask to restart the phone. let it restart phone and wait.
2. when the phone restarts, go to your phone settings menu, then go to connections, and then more connection settings. look for the auto update system configurations option and turn it off.
3. remove the sim you inserted temporarily and reinstall your verizon simcard.
4. Finally, go to your samsung account at the top of your phone settings. you should now see Samsung Cloud under apps and features.
Important things to remember, you should never factory reset your phone while a verizon sim card is inserted or else it will cause the issue you mentioned earlier.
always remove your sim before factory resetting, then wait until you set up your phone using a wifi network.
also turn off the auto system configurations mentioned above before reinserting your sim card.
