Upon purchasing my Galaxy S25 Ultra, I distinctly recall acquiring Samsung Care+ with loss and theft coverage. Given my history of misplacing items, this protection was a priority. However, my current policy documentation only lists Samsung Care+; loss and theft coverage is absent. I have been unable to locate this coverage information, even on the Samsung Care+ website, despite checking my warranty details. This discrepancy is causing considerable confusion.

Hmm, not good. I'll start off by saying that I went directly to my Samsung account and tried going through the process of purchasing their care plan. But on my page, it has a plan banner that when clicked on, it shows this and it was not there two days ago when I went there.

Anyway, this is my about phone, so something is off either way... Call SC and tell them about the example I provided.

My Samsung Care+ plan covers loss and theft; however, the Samsung Care+ website login omits explicit mention of this coverage. The website currently displays only general Samsung Care+ information (see attached image), resulting in ambiguity. This requires immediate rectification. I got a separate email on the date my device was purchased.
Check If you got an email, From no-reply@servify.tech

Also if you are paying monthly check your statements. Probably if you don't see any charges then it wasn't puchased.

But It should state loss and theft as well to reensure customers like me who bought it.
