Watch 7 will not connect to S25 ultra

I was transferring my Galaxy S22 Ultra to a Galaxy S25 ultra. I started to transfer my Galaxy Watch 7, and my husband interfered with it. And now I can't get my watch to come on it the right way what do I do?

I could add it using wearables, but it won't pair through my network

Call your provider, they will need both IMEI Watch and Phone

Just got a Galaxy Watch 7 as a promo when I pre-ordered my S25+ from Verizon. Had a Galaxy Watch 4 that worked fine, but why not take the upgrade. I've tried for 2 days and the new Watch won't register on my Samsung account. Shows in the Members app in my devices, but can't use Find My Watch, keeps saying the registration hasn't finished. I've removed it from my devices and re-added it. What gives?

Yep, when I open it, the settings are for the watch 7 & I can interact with it & it passed all diagnostics in the members app. The new watch doesn't show on find my watch device list & when I click on view locations in Find on the watch, it tells me the watch isn't finished registering & try later.
