S25 ultra not ringing or vibration on incoming calls

Hello. Anyone else is having the same issue? The phone vibrates when receiving notifications and sound is working but not for incoming calls.

I contacted support and followed some troubleshooting but nothing it's working.

Yes, the only thing left to do it's a factory reset
