S25 ultra can't reduce uber notifications sound

So whenever any order comes from uber the notification sound rings in full volume and can't reduce it.

Don't personally use Uber on a regular basis, so I cannot confirm, but if I had to guess, notifications are likely set to bypass do not disturb/vibrate mode.

Settings > Apps > Uber > Notifications > Categories > look for anything in notification categories that would indicate your vibrate/silent mode/DND is being bypassed.

Worst case scenario, you should be able to use a routine to force the desired behavior.

If: Notification Received (Apps: Uber)

Then: Sound Mode & Volume (Set Notification Volume to desired level)

When routine ends: return to status before routine ran
