My wife and I have Samsung S25 phones and wireless chargers.   My phone just started cycling when I put it on either wireless charger.   It accepts the charger and then drops the charging, then repeats this about every 2 seconds.   My wife's phone still charges normally on either charger.    I don't have anything definite that has happened recently on my phone to cause this.   I have searched the posts.   Is this a new hardware defect that hast started on my phone?   Should I wait till a new software update and see if that fixes it?   I do not have replacement insurance on my phone and don't know if it is under warranty.   I am still paying for it monthly with offsetting credits with Verizon.    Any advice would be helpful.  The phone charges fine via the USB cable.

If your wife's device works fine and you have been able to verify that the chargers are not the issue, it is likely a hardware issue.

Manufacturer defect is difficult to say, as such a thing could have been the result of something like a drop. You will likely need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to have the issue diagnosed and repaired by a certified technician.

Find one near you: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/

The S25 is not yet a year old and is therefore still under the limited one year manufacturer warranty. If the issue would be deemed a manufacturer defect (unclear how likely this is,) then it would be eligible for warranty repair.

Does your phone have a case on it? Have you tried removing the case?

@Members_9fE5yaz So you have tried it with the case off?

Sounds like you need to reach out to Samsung support.
